The massive 9-metre tower is more than just a play area—it’s a vibrant hub where families can gather, dine, and relax while children explore and enjoy. Designed with safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal in mind, the structure captures the spirit of community and fun that defines the Bayswater Hotel experience.
From its visually striking design to its durable materials, every detail of the playground was carefully considered whilst seamlessly blending with the hotel’s outdoor environment, offering a space that is both inviting and practical.
Being featured in Hospitality WA showcases the growing trend of integrating family-friendly facilities into hospitality spaces. More venues are recognising that catering to families enhances guest satisfaction while driving foot traffic and loyalty.
This project was made possible through the collaboration between Van Ryt Industries, Bayco, and the Bayswater Hotel team, who shared a vision of a vibrant, family-friendly space.
