Stage 1 – POS 8004 & 8005
Van Ryt Industries has brought a touch of nature to life in Glen Iris Estate in Jandakot, WA with a range of bespoke play equipment inspired by the intricate beauty of the banksia flower – beautiful to look at, and fun to play on!
Collaborating closely with the Landscape Architects, Emerge and Head Landscape Contractor, Landscape Australia Construction, we embraced the Client’s vision for a ‘natural’ aesthetic by utilising a palette of organic colours and timber materials and applied this to both new and off shelf feature play equipment. New feature products included the ‘Glenda Tower’, kitted out with a large tube slide, raised platform, talking tubes, rope net and a telescope to spy on the birds in the surrounding trees.
The tower also blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings through the repeated use of laser cut and perforated patterns, which integrates seamlessly with the broader park setting displayed on the shade structures and other park furniture, further enhancing the cohesive, nature-inspired play space.
Despite the logistical challenges of lifting and positioning the towering structure, our skilled installation team completed the process with precision and efficiency. The result is a securely installed, visually striking play tower that is ready to be enjoyed by the community for years to come.
