More Fun Under the Fremantle Sun!
We’re excited to share an update from one of our favourite spots, Gage Roads Brew Co in Fremantle! You might already know about the awesome ‘Kid Zone’ playground we helped create there. Now, we’re thrilled to announce we’ve recently added even more fantastic features.
Our main goal for this expansion was to activate previously under-utilised areas of the play space. We aimed to bring new life with more colour, sensory experiences, and engaging games for kids, all while perfectly complementing the existing nature play and nautical themes. This project has been a truly rewarding experience, and we’re delighted to be a return customer for Gage Roads!
What’s New in the ‘Kid Zone’?
We focused on clever, space-saving designs that significantly enhance the existing structures.
Take a look at some of the new interactive elements you’ll find:
- Maritime Treasure Map Finger Maze: Get lost in adventure with this intricately designed finger maze.
- Custom Naughts & Crosses: We’ve given this classic game a local twist with ‘Seagulls & Surfboards’ pieces!
- Interactive Sensory Wall Panel: Prepare for a tactile adventure!
- Interactive Headboard: Grab a photo op with our fun headboard, inspired by the Gage Roads “Party Wave” craft beer graphic.
- 3-in-a-Row Interactive Wall Panel: Another classic game for endless fun.
Overcoming the Waves…
Bringing these new elements to life certainly presented unique challenges, but our team thrives on creative problem-solving! Given the playground’s tight footprint and high usage, we seamlessly integrated the new play equipment with existing structures, maintaining the nautical theme, and ensured every new element met our durability standards.
Ultimately, we’re incredibly proud of how these colourful, interactive features have further activated the ‘Kid Zone’, making it an even more vibrant and engaging space for families.
